Please allow four working days for repeat prescriptions. Either bring the request into the Surgery between 10.00 – 12.00 and 4.00 – 6.00 daily, avoiding Monday mornings if possible, or register for patient online services. Please note that repeat prescriptions cannot be taken over the phone under any circumstance. We now offer a batch repeatable prescribing service for patients who meet the necessary criteria. You can also have your prescriptions sent via the EPS (Electronic Prescription Service) system where your prescription can be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.
The easiest way to order repeat prescriptions is through the NHS App or website using your NHS account. You can also email the practice borstalvillagesurgery@nhs.net with your name, date of birth and what you would like to request.
