A complaint can be made verbally or in writing and that this can be done by letter to Borstal Village Surgery, 25 Wouldham Road, Borstal, Rochester, Kent. ME1 3JY or by e-mail to borstalvillagesurgery@nhs.net, Telephone 01634 408765.
Your complaint will be acknowledged either the same day or the next working day. You will be sent a formal letter or email of acknowledgement giving details of the next steps and that follow up will be within 28 days.

The Patient Experience Team is available from 8am to 4pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, and will aim to respond as soon as possible within three working days. Each complaint that is received will receive an acknowledgement within three working days.
